🚗 Parking
Free street parking is available in Piazza della Resistenza, about 100 meters from the property. Additional free parking spaces can also be found in the surrounding streets.
📍 ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone)
The property is located within the ZTL of Conversano’s historic center, very close to the entrance gate.
The ZTL is active at night and on public holidays. Access is clearly indicated by illuminated signs:
Red sign = ZTL active, access not allowed
Green sign = ZTL not active, access allowed
If you need to reach the property by car to load or unload luggage, you may do so only when the ZTL is not active (green sign).
📹 Video Surveillance in Common Areas
To ensure the safety of both guests and the property, common areas such as the staircase and entrance are equipped with active video surveillance.
Recordings are managed in full compliance with current privacy regulations and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
